This large scale project involved the full renovation of an old granite farmhouse and the extensive, surprise filled conversion of its two derelict barns.

The success of this project relied on a close working relationship with our client, building control, architects and structural engineers combined with site management and timely coordination of suppliers and contractors.

Highlights included utilising a range of construction methods, timber repairs, masonry repairs and repointing, protecting heritage features and seeking out materials that worked well in their local environment. We saw a continuous throughput of experienced trades and craftsmen whose workmanship alongside our team specialisms and expertise realised three superbly finished, warm and welcoming family homes.
